3. The Service

SnapStick.ai provides tools for generating AI-assisted images (e.g., portraits/avatars) based on user-provided inputs. Results are generated automatically and may vary.

• We do not guarantee specific results, likeness, accuracy, or suitability for any purpose.
• Colors, details, and outputs may differ due to model behavior and user inputs.

4. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

5. User content and permissions

You may upload photos or other content (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process your User Content solely to provide and improve the Service.

• You confirm you have the rights and permissions to upload and use the User Content.
• You must not upload content that violates laws, infringes rights, or is abusive/illegal.

6. AI-generated outputs

The Service may produce images based on your inputs (“Outputs”). You may use Outputs for personal and commercial purposes unless prohibited by law or these Terms.

• You are responsible for how you use Outputs.
• You must not use Outputs to impersonate others, mislead, defame, or violate anyone’s rights.

7. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
• Upload content involving minors in sexualized contexts or any illegal content.
• Attempt to bypass paywalls, rate limits, security, or access controls.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service.
• Generate or distribute content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

8. Credits, pricing, and payments

The Service may use credits/tokens for certain features. Pricing and packages may change from time to time. If you purchase paid access, your payment is processed by our authorized payment provider (including a Merchant of Record, where applicable).

• Taxes (e.g., VAT/GST) may be added where required by law.
• We do not store your full payment card details.

9. Refunds, disputes, and cancellations

Refund eligibility depends on the payment method and the payment provider’s rules, as well as applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us first using the details below.

• Do not file chargebacks without contacting us first; we can often resolve issues faster.
• If subscriptions are offered, you may cancel future renewals at any time; access remains until the end of the billing period, unless stated otherwise.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by the Operator or licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it except as permitted by these Terms.

11. Availability and changes

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold the Operator harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Operator’s jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country require otherwise.
