- A duplicate or accidental charge occurred.
- The service was unavailable for a prolonged period after purchase.

- You are dissatisfied with the style or appearance of AI-generated results.
- Credits/tokens have been partially or fully used.
- Results did not meet subjective expectations.
- You forgot to cancel a subscription before renewal (if applicable).
